Long back, I read a book, possibly by Robert Schullar, titled, TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST, BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO... I remember what a great idea it is to read such an excellent book, again and again.... Such a feeling arises, because I am passing through the worst phases of my life for almost 8 months till now... Luck is not in my favor... Big changes are taking in my personal life in terms of  practical knowledge, instead of bookish knowledge... newer attitudes required for a harsh world... sharpening of skills on a continuous basis... going slow in practice, in these bad days...

In hard times, we learn certain special truths of life... When going gets tough, we must develop ' possibility thinking' in total depth... Exploring various concrete ' possibilities' becomes an urgent need... In tough times, we must force ourselves to 'sit in meditation'(SIM) to explore ranked possible steps to solve our big problems through step by step manner... Rank various possibilities as 1,2,3 etc. and start taking actions... We must 'start'... Then, we must take 'actions' .. Actions are meant to produce 'results'... New learning gets us enriched... Enrichment of the mind with real knowledge leads to newer level of success in life... Success should lead to happiness and satisfaction... Satisfaction leads to peace of mind... 'Peace of mind' is the ultimate of all achievements of life... We can't run after one thing or the other for the whole life... We should work hard with the ultimate objective of attaining satisfaction, happiness and peace, at the end of each day... We should try hard to 'live one day at a time', so that we remain 'focused' on what we do for the end.... We should try to make the day 'productive, creative and innovative' in some sense or the other.... Hence, each day will bring us happiness and peace.... if life is made a continuous process of learning from your surroundings/people/events, it becomes so exciting... learning is an attitude...develop the attitude to learn newer things.... it's really fantastic to apply what we learn... stop being stuck to 'rigidity' of your psychology... be flexible and change yourself everyday... accept challenges and show that you can do 'miracles' by doing systematic & methodical  hard work... learn from others... yesterday, I learnt from a senior friend working in Court about how illegal & unethical practices are adopted by the scoundrels, rowdies, advocates, police to damage the lives of common, helpless and innocent people legally, and financially... how scoundrels rule the society with the help of police, politicians,advocates... we should hence be extremely cautious about believing people in general... nobody can be trusted blindly... there is a scoundrel in every being... it is a matter of time that the...

With good time-management of the daily 24 hours, we can really achieve great targets of a day.... Management tools and techniques can effectively be used for enhancing personal effectiveness, and productivity.... Dividing the day into three to four parts for carrying the 'planned' activities is excellent.... Stress upon 'execution' of the planned activities.... Achieve just 'one target' at a time, and focus yourself totally on the job at hand.... One job at a time is great technique.... 'Talk less and do more' practice will help us achieve success in what we do... We must be serious with 'what aim to do'... Being 'professional' will help a lot... If you are an excellent professional, you will be hired by many people/companies... Set your financial charges, as per the quality of services you offer.... Keep your rate of charges fixed and stop wasting time on lengthy negotiations... Earn money with honesty and integrity... ...

In financial hardships, it is best to implement ' cost control' measure  strictly.... Find innovative ways to curtail expenses... Talk less... Work with tenacity... Yes, to achieve big things, we must cool, calm and collected.... Being angry shows our serious weaknesses.... We prosper on the foundation of our strengths and mental stamina to fight against various obstacles....

To achieve great things, we require two personal and professional characteristics: purity clarity of what do, what we can do, what we are prepared to, what we ought to do in life... I have dealt with a good number of 'fake' scholars in last 18 years of teaching in private sector engineering college.... I have decided to say 'sir' to many people who don't deserve even 'salutation' like 'sir'... I have tried to develop strategic NO to many things and to many people, after my long work experience of 29 years... I have over many types of fear and worries, when I suddenly got out of job for unjust reasons.... I am now fighting a new battle of life consisting of : getting a job in industry, a tough challenge at the age of 52 years... talking to unknown people.... talk tough to difficult scoundrels.... focusing on my own short term goal of finding a job.... suddenly, my monthly salary got reduced to zero... feeling the trauma of getting betrayed and ditched by well-known people, now my ex-colleagues... learning to talk with 100% straight-forwardness.... talking and doing things 'fearlessly'.... realizing th...

I now learn how fools use loud voices to shine in life... How  many fake talents are ruling the corporate world.... How to keep things personal confidential.... How to fight back with determined mind set.... How change in thinking transformed myself.... How to say NO, as and when needed.... How to defeat the scoundrels who are crooked too.... How to take decision with courage and go ahead with aggressive mind set... Yes, we can learn newer things at any age, any time....
