students are in widest variety of merits and aptitudes.... my focus is on individual development....  small batch of  4 to 6 is best.... delivery of quality inputs and guided practice must be costly.... costly teachers will help save money later.... expertise is a long journey of innovating , it's never everybody's cup of tea.... rapport building with the students is the primary job for a teacher to be a guru , in true sense.... commercialization is a social crime, if not effective for the deep learning and skills enhancement.... guru is much different from a teacher, as he is the most responsible person on the earth....

an uncontrolled self is a total nonsense to self and others..... self isolation , self analysis, complete planning for the next actions is a must for achieving great things in life and profession..... being master of professional skills is a sign of great prosperity now and in the future.... practice is the only key requirement for attaining perfection in the art of doing things with perfection.... practice , practice and practice for achieving mastery and command on any art or professional ventures.... reputation must be built for genuineness of what we do in life.... mastery in the field coupled with great sincerity with lead to great reputation and good will for a professional work.... lastly, a very positive and encouraging attitude will build up the foundation for a great social branding as well as a sense of satisfaction.....
