we must try to improve in some ways on each day... we must learn to  think clearly... we must learn to be decisive in all matters concerning ourselves... we must improve things by self-correction.... we must enjoy our daily professional works.... we must remain focused on what we do... we must give our best to what we are doing... we must enough patience to be a listener to things valuable and avoid nonsense.... we must be our own bosses in our specialized domain of professional activities.... we must strike a fine balance between the realities and the dreams we nurture... we must be practical.... we must develop knowledge, skills, courage and self-confidence in whatever field we are in.... 

mind control is the biggest achievement for a lifetime.... mind is at the center of all ills of life.... changing the mindset is a hope of doing better in life.... talkers are mostly liars.... we all are in the unholy traps of the talkers.... stupids talk too much and cheat people to reach the top of prosperity, by exploiting weaknesses of human psychology... public media is a creator of hell for the simple and common people in a otherwise good society.... 

regularity of doing daily yoga works ... hydrotherapy... music therapy... self-studies to expand knowledge and skills... enhancing skills for effective teaching ... keeping track of professional up gradation and advanced marketing for my works... being choosy about human networking & building up courage to face various challenges of life... self-correctional activities in knowledge-skills and attitudes for self-development .....in many senses... struggle to be outspoken and straight-forward about about higher issues of life, living, society, economics and politics ....

must have real concern and passion for development of each student.....  relaxed and easy-going types of teachers can a lot of good to the young people... should always be an inspiring person , as a good teacher.... should be saying positive and encouraging things to students.... must keep commitments of time and academic inputs... must have great patience and perseverance at all situations... must have clarity of the subject-knowledge... must inspire students to actions and continuous process of practice.... must be regular and consistent about all works relating knowledge-skills-attitude development....
