Desires drive your inner force to do some work....

If the desires are material or mundane ambitions and pleasures, you will achieve things in that direction.... But, if the desires are spiritual , sublime thinking produce mental peace and personal happiness, the nature of fruits will be completely different.... If the desires are completely destroyed, one becomes God-like... If desires are mostly overcome with complete devotion /surrender to God, a person becomes saint-like... People running after money, wealth and happiness are real fools devoid of any happiness and peace...they work harder and harder to satisfy their insatiable desires till death and find no place in the Lap of God, All-merciful and kind.... Working with complete focus on one's duties is the way out of all mental and physical  problems of all the fast-food eaters and fast-paced human beings of modern age...

'WORK IS WORSHIP' should be made my personal religion...

As we are bound to work continuously, till the end of our lives, we should try to make each day of meaningful work that matches our inherent desire to feel good, comfortable and relaxed for TODAY... LIVE FOR TODAY. WORK FOR TODAY. BE RESULT-ORIENTED, AND FORGET THE REST OF THE WORLD.... 'Work is worship' should be made one's personal religion so that one enjoys every moment of day, as there is no 'TOMORROW' to live a better life....every tomorrow turns into 'present' till the end ... and hence we should try hard to give our 'best' for today and relax at the end of day with satisfaction that 'TODAY IS LIVED WELL'.... STOP BOTHERING WHAT OTHERS THINK AND DO...as life is yours and life is once...let others go to 'hell' , if they prefer doing that....

Every day is a new day, and it should be a day of inspired living...

If we try to learn something seriously today, we can do it.... It's an attitude towards life and living... If we observe things seriously, we can find of topic of inspiration for which we can enjoy the day by doing something special... Every day is a special day, rather we  should try to make each day a special day and live in our own unique  ways... Every day, we can improve something about ourselves.... and we can feel happier about ourselves with the newer inspiration picked up for the day.... Today, I did a lot of 'business thinking' and came to certain conclusions to improve certain things, for example, my unique ideas about 'customer relations management' (CRM) for long-term business development... The idea is : 'Let my customer feel important about himself or herself' and I need to work judiciously in this direction by motivating them, by inspiring them into meaningful actions on each single day....as I have learnt through my long experi

Too much of talks also means 'too much of telling lies...

I started avoiding people who talk much. 'Talking too much' is a mental disease of so many people around me....The basic reasons might be some of the following: self-advertisements self-praise, a great disease, hardly curable... false vanity... false ego... trying to 'prove' something about yourself before others... seeking undue attention from others... seeking certificate of approval from others to justify that 'one is simply great or a genius'... foolish expression of stupid and useless ideas just to pass time... self-claimed intellectual supremacy... All the above are sins committed by people and hence it is better to shun their company, on some pretext or other... Excessive talkers are basically liars talking lies of various dimensions , just to satisfy 'false ego' and to compensate for the 'identity crisis' one is suffering from

Customer Management: Let our customers feel important ...

The secret of  business development in any sector is about ensuring 'customer satisfaction'.... Give a pleasant smile to your customer. It will cost you nothing, but will earn a good rapport which is long-lasting... Use sense of humor judiciously to create a sober and creative atmosphere around you.... Try to develop charisma in whatever profession you are pursuing now... Build a good reputation... Build a bond of trust with your customers.... Win hearts of many people to earn good amount of money through honest means... At the same time, remember that you must be rigid and tough ,sometimes, with certain kind of difficult and dishonest customers...

Cheap things are usually not good...

Cheap things are usually not good... & Good things are not cheap... Best quality deserves good price... But in our country, psychology of people is motivated by economic power and attitudes toward quality.... Attitude is almost supreme, where we purchase things/products/services.... In the commercial sector of today's education, education is also sold like any other commodity....here greed, not the highest concern for quality, is primary factor governing education in the private sector... Political masters, mostly,  are at the root of abnormal growth of technical education, where least priority is attached to 'qualitative' aspect of the education and training and placement....

Learning from others....

Life is an open book, and we can use it for learning new things from others... Many people stick to their profession, though the business is not running well... We need to learn such from people that business might have competition, ups and downs and seasonal variations in output/profit, but sticking to/up grading ourselves/modernizing our existing resources   are the genuine options we should explore serious to survive and prosper... We never know when the business will grow faster & hence give us steady profits, as the psychology of the common people goes on changing... We must have great patience and there is no short-cut.... To shine in what we do, we must have knowledge, skills, courage and patience.... My life is also full of mistakes and blunders, but I am now to learn from my past... If one can inculcate Punctuality-Sincerity-Discipline(PSD) in anything one does for a decent living and prosperous life, success and prosperity will surely follow....

Management is not an easy thing...

Though everybody is a manager in some way or the other, 'managing' in any public affairs of life/business/society/technology is really a tough job.... Management needs rigorous mental training as well as comprehensive knowledge-base , especially on human psychology and sociology in general... Without mastering psychology , commerce and technologies, one would be a bad manager... Psychology must involve motivation, leadership, marketing skills, controlling strategies, discipline management, conflict resolution , stress management, group behaviors, human competencies & talent management, time-management, communication strategies etc.... Technology must involve deep knowledge on traditional as well as today's digital and smart technologies... Knowledge of Sociology should include sociological, economic, cultural, linguistic, historical , traditional  and political behaviors of groups and individual behaviors of any society in any geographical location.... There

Temperament of a person decides everything in public relation/interpersonal relationships...

If you hold power of any kind, you must possess an excellent temperament... 90% of people in power don't have right of temperament... This specific quality requires a lot of self-training and self-analysis and self-correction... Any professional must have 100% clear concepts and skills, certainly with a pleasing personality and a sense of humor... A skilled and expert must have an official system of delivering professional services and all such services must be booked in advance by the clients/customers...as time-management is the most crucial aspect of modern living... I always talk clearly about my availability, timing, venue, topic/subject;  and I don't usually meet people without prior appointment, as I have bitter experience about common people and their eccentric and unprofessional behaviors...I have long experience in dealing with customers and many of personal experience involve dirty minds among the so-called gentlemen in the society.... Plus, most people

Coolest man I have ever seen...

My teacher Late Shri Tapan Roy had always been a personality with cool and calm composure... I had been personally taught English by him.... You had also been my personal political Guru... As I saw him as a person, I had to find a very cool person with a great brain and a storehouse of deep knowledge on life, society, politics, economics etc.... He used to say only a few words and the impact of such words would always be far-reaching and full of great philosophy of life.... Lessons learnt from my teacher: 1. how to remain cool and calm in any situation... 2. how to analyze things from practical point of view... 3. how to lead a life of complete discipline... 4. how to avoid people... 5. how to analyze things from political perspectives... 6. how to deal with rowdy / tough elements of the  political opposition... 7. how to behave like a stoic in any situation... 8. how to make money and keep it in safe custody... 9. how to develop a personal charisma in one's physi

Secrets of doing good business :Self-confidence is the ultimate of all qualities of a human being...

A confused person is hated in every society... A confident person is saluted everywhere... Especially, in professional settings, one must display self-confidence and dynamism & flexibility for building a better self-image & good-will.... Especially, good-will is the root of prosperity in any business... Earning public trust for doing excellent things & charging reasonable amount of money is itself  a great asset in one's life... For success in life, one must always remain self-confident, alert and diplomatic so that one retains hard core professionalism with a human touch.... One must not reveal one's trade secrets to anyone... Apparently, one should trust everybody, but at the same time 'trust' nobody, and one must have tough control over all aspects of a business, while being able to see a 'big' picture about one does seriously....

I need to be more practical...

I had always been theoretical in my approach. But, theoretical approach fails mostly and I tried to be more and more practical and got very good results.... Many times, I lost my temper internally with many people who do not keep their commitments.  But I talked to myself in silence and decided to do the drama required and succeeded in getting things done.... I have tried to increase my patience and found that 'patience' really matters in getting things as well as in carrying out jobs with perfection... 'Perfection' is the ultimate achievement in one's life. Through the process of attainment of perfection, there will be struggles and barriers, but there is enormous pleasure in enjoying such troubles in life... What others think has little to do with your involvement of  in the process of perfection...

Live each moment as a learning experience...

My present experience says: You will derive great pleasure 'if each day is lived with an attitude of learning new things... The more we go into in learning things from around us, the greater the pleasure.... Each day will be filled with joy.... Accept each problem to explore newer things and get enlightened with newer and fresh ideas... Your pleasurable situations will transform into a grand smiling face.... Convert your anger into silent and peaceful lessons... Go into philosophical depth, and you will enjoy life with a touch of spirituality...

I need to learn about how to deal with difficult people...

My past experiences say:  Having patience is quite important.... Using tact and diplomacy is essential... Use only a few words so that simple things do not get complicated... Be outspoken, but sweet at the same time.... Use the principle of 'none is friend, and everyone is a friend'... Be tough and infinitely rigid, when dealing with the scoundrels, disguised as gentlemen in our society... Be hard about professionalism and related matters... Soft and weaker ones are exploited most... and hence not to be weak in any public/social matter... this quality requires a lot of caution, patience and tact....

Principles of success, as learnt from by mistakes in the past

I failed many times, in many things, as I never focused on one single thing. My hard work was directed to many directions.  I never remained in one subject/area for a long time.  Though life became more enjoyable with many tastes, material success had always ditched me  and I am still struggling to set up my own steady business.... But for the people of younger generations, I have some points to express... 1.consistency of purpose & regularity in whatever we do... 2. ambitions in life to be someone special.... 3. keeping ourselves informed about the latest market conditions/current events... 4. anything we do or pursue, even as students, must have  great significance in the wide , open, infinitely dynamic market place.... 5. it is best to analyze our strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats(SWOT) scores for anything we plan to implement in our lives... 6. we must possess dreams and a clear vision for the future... 7.we must remain focused and fully

Mind is just like a mad and restless monkey...

An untrained monkey is great nuisance to life, society and existence.... Hence, it is essential that we train our minds to think properly, clearly... With clarity , will come the true purpose of living each day... A day without a purpose is meaningless and bullshit... Restless mind is the source of all sins.... Till your mind is cool, calm and silent, you will live a life of idiotic, temporary life of mundane existence... But we try to meditate on God, we shall find a purpose of living life, and attain immortal peace in both life and death... God loves us all, and shall be happy if we attain peace, silence and mental happiness....

I have a weak personality for which I had been exploited by people...

Strengthen your personality traits everyday and hence negotiate a decent deal for yourself... A weak person is usually treated like a slave by the strong and the shrewd ones... Change yourself everyday to strengthen your personality traits and be a strong negotiator in any tough situations... A weak person can hardly have a reliable and good friend... People in this fast-paced world lead a life of 'give and take' and 'use and throw'.... Remember that you are 'alone' with your own problems, challenges, professional satisfaction and enjoyments of life in totality.... "Trust" is almost dead or in coma state, as 'betrayal and cheating & false promises' tortured it beyond limit..... Still, have trust very selectively and move on in life...

Most of us have least ability to others...

More listening will surely enrich our minds and we shall be able to learn many things without reading any book... Let others finish the talking.... Think about what valuable content is there or what nonsense has been talked about... Then filter out the rubbish... Absorb the best from life around you and sleep well at night...

As a human being , I have hatred for certain things...I must admit

Only the prophets or prophet-like persons will be totally devoid of any kind of hatred.... But as a person of flesh and blood, I hate certain things and fight against these evils, as and when opportune moment comes: cunning fellows... habitual liars... cheats... greedy persons and business personalities... people who resort to violence against others, especially women and children... rowdies and hooligans in the normal society... brokers and agents who are mostly liars and cheats... people who talk bad things about others, as a matter of habit... jealous people... people who are basically mean-minded, selfish and run after money , name, fame , women and wealth.... people with false ego and vanity... talk-talkers... people who cannot be trusted with anything... people who hatch conspiracy to do harm to others... people who financially or otherwise dishonest and unreliable... people whose money-making machinery is founded on mostly false advertisements for the comm

Truth is independent of relative perceptions of individual characters...

Many people perceive Truth in many different ways, but all of them are wrong, as Truth is totally independent of what you and I think of, do, perceive through senses, imagine like fools, conclude like idiots, and finally sit on our realized truths, which are only segmented and partially true.... Just a glimpse of Truth can be had through deepest form of meditation and yoga showered with Blessings of God.... Truly , Truth is beauty, as there is fear of death and no death in the world of death.... There is perfect continuity everywhere, except in the human world of senses and perceptual distortions or illusion....

Divinity in this life...

If we can live a life of least of desires, needs and requirements , the resultant simplicity will help us realize the divine truths and hence help us attain perpetual happiness... I have seen many a millionaire who are mentally and spiritually 'below the poverty line' & hence conclude that mental poverty is at the root of all human miseries and unhappiness.... An enriched mind is a great asset and a big source of inspiration to all societies...

It is foolish to offer advice to others, till you have mastered the art of doing things perfectly....

As we are mostly far away from PERFECTION, it is best to offer advice to others.... The best solution for most of the problems is to remain totally silent and work with tenacity till the targeted  goals are achieved... Then, next action... In silence lies the realization of  divinity .... In silence lies creativity... In silence , many a problem of high magnitude could be solved problems.... But, if we have to talk something, we must mean it and talk like a lion-like energy till the purpose is served...

Crowding life with many assignments is a real sin...

Filter out the mental garbage first and do only a few selected things, as thoroughly planned.... At the end of day, you will always be happy in seeing that you have delivered the goods... This is how life needs to be lived... Crowding life and speeding up things will land you nowhere... If you enjoy doing things selectively and with deep concern for quality, you will remain the happiest man... Listen, listen and listen & learn newer things, sit quiet for a while  and  then better your ways of doing things, as planned....

Keeping focus intact is the biggest challenge of one's life...

We normally move away from the focal point of  our aims and objectives of daily life... and we fail to attain our target.... This occurs due to the lack of our mental concentration and our inability to stick to what we promised to ourselves.... Externals also play a big role in shifting our attention to things we should normally avoid... At the beginning, we should force ourselves to do things we should do and slowly we should make a habit doing things with perfection of actions with proper timing.... What matter in being productive are: 1. setting of crystal clear objectives... 2. plan of action and its thorough review... 3. executing with total focus of body and mind till the goal is achieved with perfection... 4. finally, taking feedback about when went wrong and what should have been better... 5. then, set your prioritized list of actions and complete research-based planning and then remember that planning is the most important component of managing anything i

Joy of giving and taking in living a life....

The more one gives, the more the happiness one derives.... But one must give selflessly to feel the ecstasy.... Though life is a business, we must have some space in life, where we can give selflessly for deep personal satisfaction.... Certain Exceptions for leading a vibrant life with better standard of living and professional excellence:  1. to give professionally one must be very rigid and the professional fees must not be negotiated for normal cases.... 2. time is money too...hence we must use time to earn reasonable amount of money.... 3. if we start a business, we should keep the office open in stipulated timings...without fail... 4. regularity and consistency will ensure good business... 5. 'good behaviors' and high level of patience are essential for developing  a good business.... 6. 'reputation' building is the greatest of all challenges in any business.... 7. for strong-branding of any business, we have inculcate well-accepted corporate

Rowdy elements to be tackled...

One must act as rowdy to tackle the misdeeds of a rowdy... Tougher actions are required for the tough elements who are responsible for harm to the society... Punishment is essential for habitual offenders.... At the very personal level, one must have deep knowledge of politics, diplomacy, economics and technologies to handle bad elements in the society.... But the core strength lies in overcoming fear of all kinds, including that of personal death... Only God can give us death...as is birth.... Human beings are like spring-driven toys with all kinds of foolishness as well of material intelligence...only a few will possess pure faith &  devotion toward GOD....

Mind is worst polluted by comparison with others...

You are what you... You would be what you are now thinking all the time now about yourself and your present actions You should be what you wish to be... You are your best friend.... Your body and mind will send you signals of distress and take time to decode them for solving your problems ..... Your unhappiness lies in your physical and mental illnesses only.. Mental illnesses are often caused by or based upon personal  frustration, ego, inferiority complexes, lack of self confidence, conflicts with scoundrels in the society, fear of death, fictitious fear, imaginary distortions, greed for money and money, false vanity, lack of philosophical understanding of life, companions of low-grade elements in society, clash of  ego with others, comparison with others, jealousy about others, lack of contentment with what one has, listening to others, putting trust on cheat-type characters, dancing at the tune of others, lack of deep religious or philosophical faiths and truths , goin

The best of social service...

The biggest service to humanity is in the form of planting a tree to inject more oxygen to our atmosphere which is constantly polluted by foolish human beings in variety of forms.... The greatest of all things in the philosophy of life is to build friendships with plants & trees, and dogs among the animals.... Enjoy life with trees and talk to them silently for peace and eternal happiness of the polluted mind....

People with dirty minds are dead for me ....

After wasting a lot of my time and energy on people with most ordinary thinking and insignificant actions & ideologies, I have come to realize the following hard facts of life: 1. you make enemies of the fools, by trying to enlighten their lives .... 2. 'free consultancy' is a sin to one's own self... 3. it is best to meet people with definite appointment and purpose so that valuable time i not wasted.... 4. life is a relative perception for each and everyone of us and hence, it is best not to debate on topics of faith and convictions... 5. it is best to be choosy about talking to people... 6. more we listen, more enriched we are.... 7. we must be selective about delivering knowledge to people...as knowledge is dangerously indigestible for many of the common people.... 8. when time is not favorable, it is best to sit in meditation, instead of discussing things with the fools around...newer ideas will come in and enlighten with simple solutions for your great p

Learning newer things can keep mind younger and happier....

We grow in age and leave behind many things, and tend to make the mind older and older, because we have certain attitudinal barriers toward learning newer things in life... Attitude toward learning newer things will keep us engrossed in new subjects and we shall keep our mind fresh, vital and dynamic... Continuous Learning & re-learning is really a great source of energy, enthusiasm and extremely pleasurable pursuit in one's life at any point of time...through newer learning we tend to continuously correct ourselves and feel better and happier... Life is basically meant for continuous learning at each moment and enjoying the greatest pleasure of living a human life.... People of rigid minds and inflexible attitudes are unfortunate ones who live a mundane life of insignificance and triviality....

Basic education is neglected almost everywhere...

Some of the areas are: 1. weakness in arithmetic and geometry.... 2. weakness in linguistic skills, especially in English in India,  and lack of effective communication-skills... 3. lack of development of artistic sense and creativity instead of emphasizing on memory-based learning and vomiting... 4. encouragement of arrogance by chamchas(flatterers) in all areas of human activities.. 5. lack of knowledge of Calculus and applications... 6. lack of activity based learning... 7. lack of basic academic skills among the so-called top-class guardians... 8. being continuously be-fooled by multinational corporations and local companies by false mass advertisements... 9. suppression of talented people for safe-guarding the financial and political interests of the vested-interest....

Foundation of my present living...

Basic foundations are hard lessons learnt and arriving at certain infallible truths of health-happiness-professionalism: lessons from my mistakes having trust on people unworthy of being trusted at all...many times... networking with wrong people... listening to worthless characters... inabilities to negotiate my deals with others... procrastination... indecisiveness in vital matters... neglecting my health issues... wasting my time on worthless people... blunders of 'free consultancies' to others... wasting money lack of 'attention to finer details' and consequent embarrassment... inabilities to be tougher with tough people.... The greatest sin in life is having a confused mind and listening to advice of others...

Confine yourself to super specialty domain of activities....

There is great satisfaction in working in areas one is deeply inclined to... Crowding my life with a lot of things has caused me a lot of failures in terms of success, and prosperity... But I have enjoyed my life in many dimensions and there is deep satisfaction.... Luckier ones are those who keep focusing on doing just one thing well in life.... Success comes from developing specialized skills in certain areas which have great market value... Satisfaction and happiness have no monetary values, they are of eternal significance and of divine nature...everyone is not destined to taste divine pleasure and happiness and deep satisfaction of living a life of many dimensions... By being more selfless, you will slowly understand the meaning of what is being said...

Poverty of a mind is a great source of all troubles and unhappiness

An enriched mind is saluted everywhere in the world... But a narrow and mean minded people are looked down upon like stray dogs... Be honest and uphold your self-esteem to lead a dignified life for yourself.... Stop bothering about bull-shits others are saying about you... Listen to your inner conscience and start your meaning life today...

Mental peace is more important than anything in existence...

keeping aloof from the scoundrels, in any society, having unlimited desires to enjoy power, name, fame, wealth, and pleasures is the basic foundation to personal peace.... being able to meditate on God is essential... arrogance kills, and hence to shun arrogance of all kinds... remaining fit by working harder physically, adopting alternative therapies , as and when required,  and alternate phase of mental involvement for creative activities... listening to songs like that of Kabial Bijay Sarkar(Bengali Folk songs) will change mental atmosphere towards eternal truths, devotion and peace.... being choosy about any kind human networking.... not to do many things, but only a few selected work in a day... attaining perfection slowly and steadily in what we do.... attainment of 'perfection' in any field of human activities will bring reasonable prosperity to our lives... to develop some kind of parasitic living in one's own life saying daily prayers with utmost since

Companion of saintly person

It is better not to search for saintly people in the outside world.... Advertised Saints and Sadhus are mostly fake or fraud and they made sainthood a financial and psychological business through  be-fooling of the common masses... We must search within our own selves and find him through regular & consistent meditative practices... Once we discover the saint within, we should be in his constant companion and enjoy a deeply spiritual life... In this matter, we should never listen  to others.... In spiritual matters and in matters of health, we should be our own free consultant... Our souls are supreme Saint and hence it is better to have daily conversation with our inner saint and slowly our behaviors will transform into a saintly and peaceful state....

My long experience about Human Psychology...

Human psychology is really a complex subject.... Molecular reactions are the foundation of behaviors.... But central nervous system(CNS) govern everything in one's life... Thinking patterns are mostly genetically inherited and then modified by learning and social, cultural, political and economic experiences of an individual personality.... Thinking patterns define bodily behaviors, speaking styles and professional & personal performance on the part of a complex human being.... People mostly are afraid of power & their behaviors automatically change in fear.... Power means accumulation of money and muscle power at various levels of social, political and economic circumstances... A truly knoweldgeable person with greatbdevotion to God will always remain in fearless state and will not be Chamchas(Flatterer) of the scoundrels in the society.... Five rotten elements in any society might be mostly people from various segments such as(5P's): police prostit

Human loud-speakers are great nuisances in our Bengali society....

Tall talkers are basically non-doers.... Loud -talkers are fundamentally liars... They are to me 'HUMAN LOUD-SPEAKERS' of great satanic features and charactersitics.... You can never believe these types of persons.... Doers are mostly silent workers... It is best to avoid arguments and debates with such types of persons... Debating on serous subjects is totally foolish... Only fools participate in philosophical debates... Sit in meditation and take your own decisions of vital importance... Meditation will reveal great Truths to your inner self & transform your thoughts, actions and speeches....

Lokurism , a new word in Bengali, coined by me

Lobhi in Bengali means Greedy... Kukur in Bengali means Dog... Combining them can make Lokur.... Lokur means greedy dogs... The philosophy of life for a successful , failed, poor or rich, illiterate or scholar or, and prosperous Lokurs can be termed as LOKURISM... Lokurism is rampant in Bengali society, as well as in Indian society.... I have seen some great scholar cum lokur in my life... They are great liars, and say certain things in front of you in loudest voice and when the so-called bosses are present, they say just the opposite....These lokur-characters are quite known to me personally.... They are great heros before you and me... But at the back-end they are dogs with most unreliable characteristics... Money is the only asset that aspire for....

Money is toughest thing in material existence...

After 30 years of my experiential research, I came to a conclusion that: 1. money is the most sensitive element in human living.... 2. throughout past civilizations till today, all kinds of human conflicts, war, violence, sour relations, death etc. originated from the hunger of money... 3. money can buy everything, except heart-felt respect and love... 4. without money, everyone is helpless... 5. my personal experience is that medical practitioners here are mostly great cheats  of money or frauds whose main target is to extract money from patients or to admit patients to operation theater...or to get high commission from diagnostic centers and pharma companies... 6. most of the patients are lay men in medical science and they become victims of the sophisticated doctors who are unhealthy and unholy looters of money of the common men.... 7. my experience is that almost nobody can be trusted with money or cash, except some honest people.... 8. people are inherently selfish and

Nobody can be taught anything...

I have almost stopped teaching things to people, as nothing can be taught....the basic fact is that learning happens by innermost and spontaneous willingness on the part of an individual under some constrained situations in life such examination score, demand of circumstances, pressure from environment, fear of power of invisible sources, tricky and uncertain situations that involve deep , material  self-interests.... there are infinite possibilities in which a person is forced to learn.... Bitter experiences of the past will teach hard lessons, if things are assimilated in the heart.... Sweet situations hardly teach us anything, as we only apply what we have already learnt.... Learning from others is also a great opportunity... Learning is a very slow process....We hardly change change overnight, if the situation is not toughest and does not make us sweat like a pig...

Searching for a meaningful life takes one's life-time...

If I reflect upon my past, I clearly see my major mistakes: lack of basic courage... extreme level of honesty...there must be a balance.... my misconceived  political stand in my childhood and young days.... my casual approach to 'money' earning and 'money' spending(over spending)... lack of self control...in many cases... rejection of a Bangalore based MNC job in 2001, for soft stand and foolish emotions regarding family affiliation... blunder of closing my good business by listening to some people( of close relations)  with fake or false ego and false social status... Later on, many things changed: 1. my spiritual initiation by Sri Ramakrishna Brijbashi of Brindaban, a Sad guru who blessed my and my wife as Sri Narayan in our dry life... 2. a life began, a spiritual journey of inexplicable joy... 3. I suddenly deviated from spirituality, and I started suffering like a stray dog... 4. through my sufferings, I again tried to come back to my spir
