  • Firstly and lastly, for all things, 'self-help is the best help'...
  • I must be as independent as possible...
  • I must give out my creative best...
  • I must be fearless...
  • I must stop worrying for any reasons...
  • I must do things with strong logical and scientific foundation...
  • 'Everything' in the practical world is based on 'science, scientific facts and laws'...
  • Even, human psychology can be interpreted by scientific and statistical methods with great accuracy...
  • 'Knowledge' is the biggest asset of any human being, but the knowledge should be authentic and must have great practical applications on the ground...
  • Above all, we must master the art of handling people, more so tackling 'difficult' people...
  • We should learn to be tougher with tough people....
  • We should do some kind of research about the people we shall be dealing with....
Human resource management is a tough subject and involves infinite human complexity and various legal & critical administrative implications:
  • in-depth knowledge of human psychology and Organizational Behavior...
  • great communication skills and oratory power for managing people...
  • Leadership qualities to direct people for 'high productivity' and 'greater motivation'...

Mind control and self discipline are essential.. Mind and thoughts are always nonsensically restless... Just put it to pause and rest for sometime and do some meditation.... Then take up planned tasks one by one... One job at a time.. OJAATism is the key here.. Ignoring others completely is quite important... Filter out the rubbish every now and then... Live a filtered life designed by yourself.. Shut down the outside world by will power... Kick out the negative and toxic people from life ... Be aloof from these people tactfully... Live your own life.. Be yourself.. Do your duties with honesty, integrity and cleanest intentions.. Be committed to the services you provide to the society.. Finish all your tasks one by one and feel happy, satisfied with a smiling face at the end of day.. This is what life is and should be too..
