Be a great manager today, and get your things done, and hence hence be satisfied as a person at the end of the day...
'Managing' here means 'planning well', 'executing' well, 'leading 'well, 'communicating' well so that higher level of  goals is achieved on the ground....Hence set your goals and achieve them one by one...
