  • taking care of good sleep at night...
  • doing regular meditation for spiritual realization and understanding of eternal life...
  • doing yoga and breathing exercises regularly....
  • doing high thinking and acting to achieve big dreams by hard work...
  • not taking earthly life so seriously...
  • taking any kind of mental pressure, stress, and worries that 100% fictitious and imaginary....
  • mostly, people suffer from fictitious or imaginary worries, fears and distorted perceptions..
  • perceptual distortion is the biggest cause of mental depression...
  • another cause is lack of knowledge of healthy sexual orientation and limitation of sexual desires....
