One must act as rowdy to tackle the misdeeds of a rowdy...
Tougher actions are required for the tough elements who are responsible for harm to the society...
Punishment is essential for habitual offenders....

 At the very personal level, one must have deep knowledge of politics, diplomacy, economics and technologies to handle bad elements in the society....

 But the core strength lies in overcoming fear of all kinds, including that of personal death...

 Only God can give us death...as is birth....

 Human beings are like spring-driven toys with all kinds of foolishness as well of material intelligence...only a few will possess pure faith &  devotion toward GOD....
