Managing daily life with utmost care...

Time management from sunrise to sunset....nutrition management...health management...speech management...professional actions for money-earning...mental entertainment through movies, songs, work of art and enjoyment of natural beauty....relationship management....being perfect in all activities....a continuous striving for a life-time....saving money for hard times...enjoying food and drinks...giving time to family members...taking time to laugh at things....sense of humor...having some fun...controlling emotions....understanding politics, power, economics and diplomacy for handling life as a balanced one...finding balance of time, energy, emotions, ideals and thinking for sublime ideologies of life, society, politics and economics...

Lessons from my local business people...

Opening shops in proper time everyday...sitting idle without any sight of customers for a long time....closing shop in time...satisfied with what they earn...sticking to their own profession....not vacillating characters they are....used to 'not experimenting with life'...especially the fish-sellers have steadfast determination to earn good amount of money and go home in time...eat and sleep...get up at 3 a.m. for bringing fish to the market place....they work hard and forget everything else of life....they live a peaceful life through hard work and they hardly bother about fake 'social respect' and 'power' in the society...they solve their problems by spending money...

Quality & Quantity balancing....

When highest importance is attached to quality, quantity must not matter much....but minimum quantity should be ensured to get things done perfectly....As I am a person concerned with highest quality in anything, my consideration for quantity depends upon on specific cases of significance....otherwise I shut down my door to 'quantity'....stupids run after 'quantitative aspects of money, wealth, muscle-power and pleasures, name and fame....persons of quality run after nothings...others run after them, but only a few get their 'blessings' in some form or the other....

Among all fields of human activities, money is toughest of all....

Money is the toughest thing in life...as money is never freely available...people have to sacrifice life, if they don't have money...no doctor, no hospital, no government office, agencies , or the wealthy ones never give out money with 'reasons'...the reasons are the toughest of all human conditions... ......life and death are directly dependent on life...standard of living...healthcare....education...housing...electricity...computers...nutrition....are all beyond the capacity of the most ordinary people who act as slaves to mightier sections of the society....mightier and the rich are the greater ego-holders ob the planet and they are the most harmful ones with regard to ecological balance...

My teaching classroom is like a studio...

As various actors act in a cinema studio, my students are also actors here, whereas I am the director, producer and controller of all events relating to academic development and fine-tuning....development is the 'key' word... .....without development, the whole system is meaningless and dry.... .....we must enjoy various aspects of knowledge-development and attainment of perfection (KDAP) in what we all do...without constant striving for attainment of perfection , life itself  will become dry, stupid and non-significant to live in....

Practical intelligence is much different from theoretical intelligence and knowledge....

Theory and practicals are much different from each other..while applying theory in practice, a lot many considerations are to be made and high level of common sense is absolutely necessary to get things done at the end of a day...people with all theories are basically fools trying trying to solve problems of real life through bookish knowledge.... ....hands-on-practice(HOP) is of paramount importance to get things done in practice... ....as bookish knowledge is just lacking in common sense and real-life complexities....practical people are more prosperous, whereas theoretical people are mostly nagging type of burdensome characters in any society....

I talk as least as possible, but talking like a lion, when required...

I have mentally fixed my rate of talking to somebody...it must around Rs.50/--Rs.100/- per completed sentence...hence my talking is now limited to a few sentences per day...including my teaching assignments...as knowledge should never be free of cost...I had burnt midnight's oil for many years of my life and came to certain conclusions and such academic and philosophical theorems are never free for anybody....You can also try this, if you are extremely confident about your knowledge, wisdom and intuition about life, society, technology, mathematics, psychology and management...I am though basically a 'academic management consultant(AMC) at Kolkata & I prefer to remain confined in the super specialty domain of igniting minds through academic tuning and adaptation......
