I have mentally fixed my rate of talking to somebody...it must around Rs.50/--Rs.100/- per completed sentence...hence my talking is now limited to a few sentences per day...including my teaching assignments...as knowledge should never be free of cost...I had burnt midnight's oil for many years of my life and came to certain conclusions and such academic and philosophical theorems are never free for anybody....You can also try this, if you are extremely confident about your knowledge, wisdom and intuition about life, society, technology, mathematics, psychology and management...I am though basically a 'academic management consultant(AMC) at Kolkata & I prefer to remain confined in the super specialty domain of igniting minds through academic tuning and adaptation......
For facing interviews: 1. Know the company's profile, products, history, present projects, financial status, work culture etc. from various sources/internet/magazines etc. 2. Clarify why you want to join the company... 3. Define your strengths and abilities clearly.... 4. Admit some of your weaknesses , in brief.... 5. Build up crystal clear concepts about technological details of various machines you had been working with...and answer your questions with clarity of the highest order... 6. Negotiate your salary , if experienced... 7. be honest and positive... 8. prove through your words/communication skills that you are hard working, & sincere
