My teaching classroom is like a studio...

As various actors act in a cinema studio, my students are also actors here, whereas I am the director, producer and controller of all events relating to academic development and fine-tuning....development is the 'key' word...
.....without development, the whole system is meaningless and dry....
.....we must enjoy various aspects of knowledge-development and attainment of perfection (KDAP) in what we all do...without constant striving for attainment of perfection , life itself  will become dry, stupid and non-significant to live in....
