'Learning & Development' (L&D) is the most exciting field in my present life... Life keeps in the evolving states of 'healthy, wealthy and wise'.... Continuous learning is the greatest source of satisfaction in one's life... Constant change and self-transformation are hard core truths of all times.... To excel in life, one must be keenly engrossed in 'L&D' activities for all times of the day... From each transaction of a day, we should learn, relearn, or sharpen what we learnt in the past....Lessons learnt must be practiced for the benefit of all... To do great things in life, we must have the two following things in true sense: True Knowledge and scholarship Courage Without 'courage', we are 'nothing'.... Without courage, we are reduced to 'rubbish' elements in the society... Even nonsense type of people will dominate you for idiotic reasons.... Hence, muster enough 'courage' to do well ...

As I have been passing through tough times, many bad things happened to me almost simultaneously... Yes, this is life... God is putting me into hard situations for me to 'rise' above the average and to 'force' me to 'fight out' case in this harsh world.... Very few people came to my help when I lost my job.... Very few people helped me even with ideas.... Very few people showed any kind of sympathy toward me... Very few people stood by me, in the darkest hours when my service got terminated unethically... Life is teaching me newer lessons... This is the time of  'acid test' of my abilities, skills , and talents and innermost potential.... I seek no 'help and sympathy' from others... I need to fight out my tough times with planned actions from my side... I now decided to work for about net 12 hours a day, till the time I multiply by last monthly by at least two times... I have achieve this minimum target for the sake of my family.....

The factors that matter most are: Similar to 4P's product price place promotion the following are the fundamental parameters that influence buying or consumption... person/persons... educational background of the customers... sophistication/cultural refinements... financial status... cultural factors.... attitudes toward life, society, money, wealth and relations dreams/ambitions/aspirations of the customers... general knowledge.... philosophy of life, in general...

we should try hard to continue to EDUCATE OURSELVES.... EVEN IF WE ARE WELL-EDUCATED, WE MUST ACQUIRE NEWER EDUCATION to keep our knowledge accurate and skills sharpened... skills need be sharpened on a regular basis, as much gap of time make us outdated, obsolete and irrelevant to the latest trends in the world... Knowledge-Skills-Attitudes(KSA) make a great personality or an ordinary person... Right proportion of the KSA ingredients matter in excelling in any field of human activities... any business venture heavily depends upon KSA-set of its workers/employees/managers/proprietor.... Anything we do for long-term success and prosperity depends upon the emphasis on nature/features/quality etc of the products/service/ideas.  We must have high level of  knowledge skills attitudes to be able to market the products for a win-win situation.... Once the marketing is successful, the business growth will be unstoppable...

To succeed in life, we must have BURNING DESIRES AND BIG DREAMS.... SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO achieving our BIG DREAMS is MANAGEMENT IN PRACTICE... To practice MANAGEMENT, we must apply certain time-tested principles, methods and techniques.... Finally, 'MANAGING' is carrying out various activities as per set principles, methods and techniques....

Daily Action Plan (DAP) based Do It Now (DIN) actions will certainly help us attain higher productivity.... We should write the DAP action with proper timing mentioned for each action.... 'Timing' of the action is the most important element.... Then we should try hard to maintain the 'timing' , as written in DAP... We should not entertain visitor without 'prior appointment' , as time is most precious for all of us... For certain business/profession, we can put up signboards mentioning "FIXED RATE'...as the customers , many times, really bother us with petty 'bargaining'...this part is really a nuisance... We should not try to become millionaire overnight...we should only be 100% honest and 100% transparent with the job we do... We shall be happy, if we enjoy doing our job... We shall be happy, if our business grows slowly but steadily... We shall be happy, if we could perform our jobs with a touch of real excellence... At the end of...
