Duration of the meditative state matter ... Regular practice will help develop clarity on various aspects of life... Clarity will lead to wisdom... Wisdom leads to happiness and peace at the personal level....
Be silent, most of the day, and meditate on God.... Be detached from material transactions of life.... Be yourself.... Be simple ,humble and straightforward.... Be courageous about facing challenges.... Be face to face with the imaginary ,fictitious fears and obstacles .... Be ruthless about doing things honestly.... Think ,plan and just do things with purpose and clean intentions
