Self control, self restraint are the keys to personal health and happiness.... 
If I am not happy today, it is the results of all my past actions... None should be blamed for my illness, ill-health and discomforts of any kind.... 
Long back, two renowned physicians advised me LSC and LSM, life style change and lifestyle modifications respectively.... I violated their advice and fell into the traps of sustained ill health.... 
I am to now remind myself of my hospital days constantly.... 
I must program my mind to think decisively, and take concrete steps to improve things on a continuous basis....
