Regular meditation is helping me a lot in facing various types of crises in life...
My family is passing through hard times now, but I try to keep patience by meditation at periodical intervals... 
Pranayam is helping me a lot in strengthening my body and mind... 
Walking helps to de stress quite a lot... 
3 litres of drinking water keeps me hydrated...
