Then take up planned tasks one by one... One job at a time.. OJAATism is the key here.. Ignoring others completely is quite important... Filter out the rubbish every now and then... Live a filtered life designed by yourself.. Shut down the outside world by will power... Kick out the negative and toxic people from life ... Be aloof from these people tactfully...
