We must stick to high ethical standards of social and personal life..
Finally,we must lead a fearless,honest and upright life at the personal level...but we must also learn to keep balance in life by considering complex social, political and cultural issues of the time..

Mind control and self discipline are essential.. Mind and thoughts are always nonsensically restless... Just put it to pause and rest for sometime and do some meditation.... Then take up planned tasks one by one... One job at a time.. OJAATism is the key here.. Ignoring others completely is quite important... Filter out the rubbish every now and then... Live a filtered life designed by yourself.. Shut down the outside world by will power... Kick out the negative and toxic people from life ... Be aloof from these people tactfully...
