Just shut up and move into meditative state slowly but silently ,to explore that most of thoughts and actions are basically useless ones...

Out of thousands of thoughts per day,only a few are genuinely useful,and meaningful in some way...
Otherwise,we are playing with rubbish,most of the time...
Take a break and do some deep meditation to come out with best decisions for yourself and your self improvement activities...
Implement them in practice...
Constant and persevering efforts to excel would not betray your strong beliefs about yourself...
Have faith in God and your own self,as the child of God ...
Never give up...
Be yourself...
Ignore everybody,most of the times to remain completely focused on your own improvements, growth and development...
