A teacher must improve himself or herself everyday,so that he evolves as a role model for most of the students...

It's a most difficult thing to evolve a great great teacher who commands a high level of respect from the students community...
One has to maintain a higher level of perfection in his behaviour, attitudes,talks ,speeches and commitment to his or her professional duties...
He must possess a high sense of humour so that the class doesn't get monotonous,dry and boring...
He must display a high level of energy , enthusiasm and passion for making the subject interesting to all ...
His primary responsibility revolves round the role of Motivating , Inspiring and Transforming,MIT style of teaching  ,as per me, lives of the youngsters who could become good citizens and responsible professional in the times to come...
There is a lot of selflessness and detachment in the life of a great teacher...
His focus is on  the developmental activities for his students ...
