Mental changes get conveted into concrete actions on the ground..
Then ,how to change the mind for the better?
It's a very difficult job,as mind is mostly cloudy and restless...
To calm down the mind,we must adopt yoga practice and meditation a part and parcel of our daily lives...
Slowly,we should increase the duration to form a strong habit of these practices..
We must try to put our Regular, Consistent and Rustained efforts,RCS efforts to change change for the better..
