Taking special care of health is now essential,as with progressing age ,we tend to lose immunity....

Heath is wealth,we all know... Knowing is always superficial... knowledge can not do anything... application of knowledge in practical life and living requires a lot grit, determination, tenacity and strength.. ... I lack in these ingredients of a hero like character.... I must overcome my weaknesses one by one by regular and consistent work on them... Weak people have no place of respect in any society.... We must try consistently to eliminate our weaknesses one by one...we must also choose the people with we interact and network with.... Health is all in life... Foundation of a good life lies in good health and fitness.... So,every care should be taken to maintain good health and fitness... Mental stamina also is a key factor that decides our state of health and wellness in general....

How to get rid of bad habits...

Our companions matter a lot.... Next is the level of our will power to control and destroy bad desires... Without will power ,we become animal like in character.... Many many times ,I failed.... Many a time ,I promised... From real pain ,agony and bad experience,I now feel that I am the only person to blame.... I need to be more harsh on myself.... I must punish myself regularly if my mind gets diverted to bad habits and addictions.... Bad habits and addictions kill slowly but surely.... Hence ,I need to meditate deeply and strive for holitic self development and development so that,I could come out cleanest and purest in all aspects of life.... Continuous learning, developing and controlling self must form the foundation for living my daily life.... No more preaching,only implementation on my own unique self.... Talking less ,doing creative works with self control and restrictions will possibly do the needful....

Mind is all, and hence mind your mind...

control your mind to think right... control your mind to be effective, systematic, methodical... tell yourself to shun all kinds of procrastination... have a daily actions plan in written form and simply act on them one by one... focus 100% on what you do... try again and again till you reach perfection as possible for any human being... our perfection level will always be in proportion to the degree of mental concentration we activate.. ask yourself: am I working hard enough to achieve great goals I have set? you are a unique creation of God and hence you must not stop till you reach perfection as achievable by any other human being on the planet... don't mind about what others say, and act on the direction of your inner voice and conscience... many people will say and do many things, and these processes are simply endless in variety... but, you have nothing to do with what others say and do... Ignore it... Let it go ... Go slow and be perfect with you do... stop talking much, and
