Fools are in great numbers,in every field of activity...
After doing long term practice on the ground in the areas of yoga , meditation etc,we experience certain special effects on our body and mind....
Such a feeling of well-being and peace can't be expressed so easily...
It's best to focus on our daily practice and enjoy life in our own unique ways...
