How to cleanse the mind and give my best to life, living and society at large....

  1. daily practice of meditation....
  2. practice of rational, logical and positive thinking , and doing ....
  3. practice of constant learning and delivering the goods in time...
  4.  keeping up commitments in areas of responsibilities , without giving excuses....
  5. practicing , not to blame others for my weaknesses, mistakes and blunders....
  6. practice of self-discipline , being harsh at times, strictly....
  7. taking complete responsibility for all thinking-talking-doing activities...
  8. managing time effectively and finishing most of the critical works....
  9. constant nurturing of health and fitness by doing regular exercises, yogas and meditation for a minimum one hour of the day, without fail...with special care of diets and nutrition....
  10. avoiding negative people, tactfully and practice of saying NO on wrong things and wrong people....
