'Living in the present' can solve many of the mental problems

Mental problems are of the following types:

  • constant worries
  • tension about future
  • anxiety over uncertainty of the outcomes of our actions or actions
  • fear...mostly fictitious or imaginary or real....
  • fear is the most harmful of all kinds of emotions...
We can never lead a happy life, if our lives are paralyzed by any of these negative thinking or obsession with anxieties....

The ultimate aim of today's life is to feel happy at the personal level....
If we know how to remain happy, today's will be well-lived, otherwise it will a waste of life's invaluable time...
God has allowed us 'time' to live in happiness, but we are trapped by many of the negative emotions and live a unhappy life...
Unhappy people are of little or no use to others in the family or society....
Unhappy people will always act demotivating elements  for all people around him...

Hence we should know and realize happiness in its pure form. The best way is to be deeply involved in the present moment only...
Keep yourself 'focused' on the 'present moment' and it's 'action-points'...
Are you acting with 'deepest focus' on what you are doing at this moment...

If we are able to make best use of our present time, we shall be better-off for all  future times...
If we dwell in the past, we shall waste a lot of our present moments....

Hence, FORGET THE PAST...
LIVE IN THE PRESENT....
FOCUS ON THE PRESENT MOMENT...
FOCUS ON ACTIONS THAT PRODUCE 'TANGIBLE' RESULTS....
IT'S STUPID TO WORRY ABOUT FUTURE....AS FUTURE IS PURELY IMAGINARY...
WE DON'T HAVE 7 DAYS A WEEK, WE HAVE JUST ONE DAY, WHICH IS 'TODAY'...
'TODAY' IS THE ONLY DAY WE HAVE SOME CONTROL OVER....
TODAY'S ACTIONS CAN RELIEVE US OF GREAT WORRIES AND BURDENS OF 'TOMORROWS'....

Hence how many days are there in a YEAR ?
Answer : ONE DAY , i.e. TODAY...
SO, LIVE TODAY WITH FULLEST ENTHUSIASM, AND FORGET EVERY OTHER THING OF THE PAST AND THE FUTURE...

TWO WORDS AND OBSESSIONS THEREOF , FUTURE-DAY AND PAST-DAY, CAN SPOIL YOUR 'PRESENT-DAY'....CONSCIOUSLY AVOID THESE TWO-DAYS TO LIVE 'TODAY'....
