'Duty first, duty last' policies and practices....

We can lead a happier life, if we remain focused truly on the philosophy of  'Duty first, duty last' ...
We all are just 'one man army' in our personal lives...
We can enrich our lives by following our duties for others and selves religiously...
If we are truly focused on ''Duty first, duty last' , we shall hardly find any time to find faults with others or criticize others or to worry continuously about the imaginary future times...

List of our duties should be prepared on the previous night, before going to bed...
Then, take one item at a time and finish your jobs in time...
Managing 'time' is the boggiest of all challenges of a human life...
Each one of us has the same 24 hours...
Everyone stands on the same platform in terms of '24 hours' of a day...
None is richer than any other...

A person is rich, successful, powerful and happy, depending on how the allotted  24 hours of  a day get utilized...

Using 'time' effectively, and efficiently, is the ultimate challenges in one's life....Taking up such a challenge to do well in life will be a 'turning point' of one's daily life...
Mission of our daily life should be 'to use our time effectively and efficiently, and discharging our duties diligently and selflessly'....

The practice of this philosophy will transform us from ordinary to 'extraordinary' human beings who are 'happy' too....

What I learnt from Mr. Samrat Dutta, Kolkata

Samrat Dutta is a recitation expert in Bengali Poems...he is just excellent... I learnt recitation only for one class & found that recitation needs continuous practice for a long time... Pronunciation, intonation, ups and downs of loudness of voice, method of delivery, mood and facial expression & physical appearance are the main points to be noted for ever... Word is extremely power.... Loudness matters... but extreme control on loudness levels as per need of a situation... Extreme level of courage and self-confidence are essential for any 'performing' art.... 'Performing art' essentially requires 'acts of minor or major' dramatization... "Drama" defines everything for attaining 'excellence' in affairs of public significance and business development.... We are all basically the 'actors' in the drama of life, living and society.... How did you act in today's one-act play of today's life?.... Could you impa...

Development of practical knowledge, skills and wisdom about health, wealth and professional ventures is the foundation of a great life...

Mind control and self discipline are essential.. Mind and thoughts are always nonsensically restless... Just put it to pause and rest for sometime and do some meditation.... Then take up planned tasks one by one... One job at a time.. OJAATism is the key here.. Ignoring others completely is quite important... Filter out the rubbish every now and then... Live a filtered life designed by yourself.. Shut down the outside world by will power... Kick out the negative and toxic people from life ... Be aloof from these people tactfully... Live your own life.. Be yourself.. Do your duties with honesty, integrity and cleanest intentions.. Be committed to the services you provide to the society.. Finish all your tasks one by one and feel happy, satisfied with a smiling face at the end of day.. This is what life is and should be too.. Say your prayers regular and remain ever grateful to Him for all His Blessings

Music as a mental and spiritual medicine in daily life

One good song/music/tune/one word of inspiration/one touch of compassion & selfless love  can change the very mood, spirit  and attitude of person at some some appropriate time of a day... This aspect is of great significance in one's life... At the same time, being immersed in mundane greed for money, wealth and possessions are 'stupidity' embodied, callous foolishness and against education, culture, taste and humanism... Remaining busy and producing results are basic affairs of life to sustain a decent living.... Most Interesting learning experience of my life:  Last year I went to Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and listened to the convocation address of Nobel Laureate Japanese Professor of Chemistry, whose name I forgot now, and his address taught the fundamental art of living a life.... The real insight into living a life of fulfillment and satisfaction: the four pillars of a great life, as described by this great personality, can be put in the...
