As a teacher for a long time, I have not given much attention to the following facts:
- a teacher must be more organized(O) as a person , than any other professionals....
- a teacher must be systematic and methodical SAM)
Hence a teacher should a organized-systematic-and-methodical(OSAM) as a professional....
After almost two decades of continuous teaching, I came to this conclusion and I am trying hard to be OSAM....
One more thing strikes my mind every now and then: a good teacher should mostly follow some 'funny' ways of teaching a subject...
one must invent one's own 'funny ways'...so that students find the teaching quite interesting, funny and least burden-some...
A teacher must be straight-forward, 100% clear with his concepts, equations and formula-derivations etc. so that he or she is widely regarded as a 'role-model' in the field...
Being a role-model and behaving & acting in a sublime manner should be the basic foundation in the life of a teacher....
A teacher is one who is totally different from others, in his approach, behaviors, speeches and devotion to authentic and accurate knowledge-base....
Hence to be a teacher, one must think twice before choosing the profession....
If a person is not passionate in teaching and does not find teaching exciting and pleasurable, he should try other professions and leave the job as a teacher....
Teaching requires passion, interest, pleasure in delivering the subject-matters and he must be excited about his subjects of teaching.....
This noble profession is not meant for persons with poor attitudes...
A teacher must be the cleanest person in his locality as well as in his work-place or otherwise...
