We all are expert in talking and lecturing to others on one issue or another... Such nonsensical habit do so little, and vitiate a good mind...  Listening to the rubbish is injecting poison into one's mind...  Life is and should be action that results into peace of life for self and others too...  Networking with the idiots in the world always degrades a creative and artistic mind, spoils peace of mind.... 

Physical and mental silence will certainly help achieve evolving steady state condition of the mind... Steady state mind(ssm) is where truths converge and the seeker gets enlightened.... Be an enlightened person through regular and consistent meditation combined with yoga.. 

Realization of truth requires constant care of the mind processes that leads to our daily actions.. To control the mind, we need meditation, as an elixir of spiritual living... Once mind control is achieved, truth starts revealing to the inner self and then, there is radical change in our daily work, behavior, attitudes and emotions... God's grace is manifested in our lives... 

One great thought is most powerful, if transformed into real life actions... Rubbish talks, and no meaningful action are the ingredients of a nonsensical human being....  Talk less..  Do powerful thinking.  Take some strong actions today, here, now... 

Truths are always beyond reason, arguments and debates... Truths are revealed through meditation, yoga, deep silence and development of intuitive wisdom... 

Self realization is the true aim in life.... Meditation, as a regular practice, is a great foundation for decisive action on realization of the self as the child of Supreme Consciousness, Sri Krishna, God, the Holy Name of the Almighty.... 

Kill the madness of the stupid mind every now and then on each single day and enjoy the ecstatic pleasure of living with invisible Supreme Lord

Life is so simple and beautiful, if we can enjoy the pleasure of doing our daily work... I now enjoy teaching of Physics and Mathematics harder problems to young people aspiring to be doctors and engineers.
